We also loved that there were plenty of shops and amenities within walking distance, including a supermarket and takeaway places. the house was well-equipped with everything we needed, especially the kitchen which had all the utensils and appliances necessary.
That the front door code didn't work properly, causing some inconvenience when trying to enter the house. we noticed some cleanliness issues, such as mould in the bathroom and musty bedding.

The Churnet Valley Townhouse in Cheadle was a peaceful and convenient place for our stay. The parking was great and we loved having an Asda nearby. Plus, being just 10 minutes away from Alton Towers was perfect for what we needed.
The steep staircase without a handrail. My 9-year-old son had a little accident, but we quickly learned to walk down sideways to avoid any more incidents.

The value for money was excellent, with modern and beautifully decorated rooms that had lots of lovely extras and homely touches. The location was convenient, close to Alton Towers and with easy street parking. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from offering a wider variety of options.

The nearest airport is conveniently Manchester Airport. The accommodation is only 14 km from Stoke on Trent, offering me the perfect getaway. And the property has lovely garden views, making me feel like a true aristocrat.
Oh, how I despised being woken up at 5 am by the sun streaming through the white venetian blind in the second bedroom. Very considerate indeed.

Garden views: The lush green scenery outside our window was like stepping into a painting. It was so peaceful and picturesque that I felt like I was in a scene from a fairytale. I would have happily traded my morning coffee for a spot on the garden bench, just to soak in the beauty.
Bin not collected: Sadly, the outside bin remained full throughout our stay, attracting a few unwelcome guests. By the end of the week, a few maggots had made their way into the garden.

I recently stayed at a lovely, welcoming house in a great location. The house was very clean and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. There was plenty of space for my family of five and we appreciated having WiFi and a wide selection of TV channels. The heating was easy to control and the bathroom had both a shower and a bath. Parking was never a problem and we found the property very convenient for local shops and amenities. Plus, it was just a short drive away from Alton Towers. I highly recommend this accommodation.
